Path to play
One team. One match night each week. One title to win.
Form a team of at least four players and two named subs—or let us help connect you with one.
Women’s and Men’s divisions from 2.5–4.5, with a dedicated league night for each skill level.
Play one head-to-head match each week during seven weeks of interclub competition.
Finish the season at Championship Week, where teams compete for the title of IPL Champion.

This season
Pulling the active league from the portal…
Organized interclub competition from the first match through Championship Week.
Men’s and Women’s divisions are organized by skill level to create competitive matchups throughout the league. Men's-Women's: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0; Mixed: 4.5.
Teams compete once each week on their division’s designated league night. The Fall season includes seven weeks of interclub, head-to-head competition followed by Championship Week. Matches are scheduled from 8:00–10:00 PM.
Standings are updated as scores are submitted each week. Follow your team’s progress and see how the competition stacks up heading into Championship Week.
IPL Champions
IPL Champions earn more than the win. Each championship is permanently displayed at the winning team's home club on its IPL Championship Banner—a lasting record of the teams that brought home the title.

Whether you'd like to volunteer your time, share a skill, help with an event, or provide financial or business support, there may be a way to get involved.

USPA League reserves the right to interpret rules, resolve disputes, and make final decisions on all league matters. League officials' decisions are final and binding.
USPA League reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, or league format as needed. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes affecting your participation.
All league branding, logos, content, and materials are property of USPA League. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
By participating, you grant USPA League permission to use photos and videos taken during league activities for promotional purposes.
